Conformance to OSLC Core

This specification is based on [[!OSLCCore3]]. OSLC Configuration Management Servers servers MUST be compliant with the Core specification, MUST follow all the mandatory requirements in the normative sections of each part of this specification, and SHOULD follow all the guidelines and recommendations in both these specifications.

Parts of this Specification

The OSLC Configuration Management Specification consists of the following parts.

Overview
Part 1 of this specification provides an overview of OSLC Configuration Management. OSLC Servers that implement versioned resources or configurations MUST implement all of the mandatory requirements specified in the normative sections of part 1 of this multi-part specification, and SHOULD follow all the guidelines and recommendations in that part.
Versioned Resource Specification
Part 2 of this specification defines the representation and behavior of versioned resources. OSLC Servers that implement versioned resources MUST implement all of the mandatory requirements specified in the normative sections of part 2 of this multi-part specification, and SHOULD follow all the guidelines and recommendations in that part.
Configuration Specification
Part 3 of this specification defines the representation and behavior of components and configurations of resources in those components. OSLC Servers that implement configurations MUST implement all of the mandatory requirements specified in the normative sections of part 3 of this multi-part specification, and SHOULD follow all the guidelines and recommendations in that part.
RDF Vocabulary (this document)
Part 4 of this specification defines a vocabulary of RDF terms for versions and configuration management. OSLC Servers that implement versioned resources or configurations MUST use the vocabulary terms defined there where required, and with the meanings defined there. OSLC Servers MAY augment this vocabulary with additional terms.
